Project Managers
Tommy Griffin Sr.
Tommy has been with Abel Electric since 2009, leading the residential new construction division with experience, discipline, and integrity. As Residential Project Manager, he oversees estimating, scheduling, and quality control while mentoring his crew with a blend of accountability and support. Off the job, Tommy enjoys time with his wife, Dinisha, cheering on Alabama sports, and relaxing with a fishing rod. His leadership and values make him a cornerstone of the Abel team.
Jason Riffle
Jason has been with Abel Electric since August 2018, serving as In Field Project Manager for the residential division. Known for his hands-on leadership and commitment to quality, he ensures smooth project execution while mentoring his team in the Abel way. Off the job, Jason enjoys deep sea fishing and spending time with his wife, Nikki, and their two children.
Chris Nolan
Chris joined Abel Electric in April 2025 as Project Manager for the Building Department. He plays a key role in coordinating construction projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. A devoted family man, Chris and his wife have six children, and he brings the same dedication to both his work and home life.
Johnathan McEntyre
Johnathan joined Abel Electric in February 2017 and plays a key role in the growth of the commercial division. He manages utility coordination, workflow tracking, safety compliance, and project closeouts, while also leading Abel’s apprenticeship program to support workforce development. Outside of work, Johnathan enjoys time with his wife and three kids and brings a passion for learning and mentorship to everything he does.
Donnie Clark
Donnie joined Abel Electric in January 2024 as Project Manager for the Generac Generator Department, overseeing sales, installations, maintenance, and warranties with a strong focus on customer service. He also brings a creative touch through his background in graphic design. Outside of work, Donnie enjoys family life with his wife and three kids, outdoor activities like hunting and sports, and takes pride in keeping his yard in top shape.
Christopher Dalton
Christopher joined Abel Electric as Logistics Manager in October 2024, overseeing trailer and equipment operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and asset management. He coordinates with maintenance teams and vendors to keep resources in top condition. Outside of work, Christopher enjoys outdoor adventures, family time with his wife and child, and relaxing with a good TV series.
Jonathan Wilson
Jonathan serves as Commercial Project Manager at Abel Electric. Since 2018, Jonathan oversees all phases of electrical projects, from planning to completion. With a strong background in commercial construction, he coordinate teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance with safety standards—delivering quality results that reflect Abel Electric’s commitment to excellence. Outside of work, Jonathan is a devoted husband and father of seven who enjoys cooking, softball, and spending time with family. His faith and integrity are central to everything he does.
Ricky Justice
Ricky is a Project Manager at Abel Electric, leading Estimating and Safety with a focus on NFPA 70 and 70E compliance. Since 2024, he’s helped ensure projects meet strict safety and quality standards. Outside of work, Ricky enjoys fishing, hunting, and yard work—activities that reflect his hands-on, detail-oriented nature.
Lee Harmon
Lee has been a vital part of Abel Electric since 2017, bringing over 24 years of experience in the electrical field. As Civil Project Manager, he ensures every project is completed safely, efficiently, and on time, with a strong focus on underground electrical work and jobsite excellence. Lee is passionate about mentoring and training men, driven by his faith and the impact he sees the Lord making in their lives. He enjoys lake days with his family, fishing, and spending quality time with his son.
Michael Smith
Michael has been a Project Manager at Abel Electric since 2023, overseeing home builds, shop operations, mechanical work, and the company’s used vehicle dealership. Known for his hands-on approach and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, he helps ensure projects run smoothly and meet high standards. Outside of work, Michael enjoys family life with his wife and five kids, attending gatherings, and hunting for great deals.
Ryan Waller
Ryan joined Abel Electric in June 2024 as Industrial Project Manager, bringing expertise in industrial automation, preventative maintenance, and system efficiency. Known for his calm leadership and team-first mindset, he ensures complex systems run reliably and productively. Off the clock, Ryan enjoys life with his wife, Cassie, and their three boys—Kohen, Kash, and Kollin.
Kenny Schuman
Kenny has led Abel Electric’s Generac Generator Division since 2020 as Install & Service Manager, overseeing installations, maintenance, and repairs with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach. Known for his calm leadership and deep product knowledge, Kenny ensures reliable power and peace of mind for every customer. Off the job, he enjoys fishing, golf, and family time with his wife, Abby, and their three children.
Robby Grant
Robby has been with Abel Electric since November 2021 and leads our service operations. He manages all emergency and routine service calls during business hours and after hours ensuring every issue is addressed promptly and professionally. Outside of work, Robby loves spending time with his wife Kalyn and their seven kids. He’s passionate about his faith in Jesus, Auburn football, and shoes.
Tyler Bowman
Tyler is the Lead Estimator and Project Manager for Low Voltage at Abel Electric and has been with the company since day one. He oversees estimating, installations, and alarm system projects, known for his precision and industry expertise. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys time with his wife and two kids, often diving into tech projects and electronics in his free time.
